Sit down keep fit is a way of exercising the upper body to do day to day tasks around the
house with out the stress of normal keep fit classes. It is suitable for those of you who are
wheel chair users, have difficulty with mobility or just don’t want to do Keep Fit. It is a
friendly class full of fun and enjoyment.
The class runs two days a week and is £2.00 per session.
